Terms of Service

1. The service

Assist lets eligible businesses connect an Instagram professional account and automate comment-to-DM workflows, templates, inbox/lead capture, and related analytics. Features depend on your plan and Meta platform availability.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including automations you enable. You must be authorized to connect the Instagram account and Facebook Page you link to Assist.

3. Meta Platform terms

Assist uses Meta Graph API. You must also comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, Instagram Terms, and Community Standards. Meta may change APIs, permissions, or rate limits. We are not responsible for Instagram outages, policy enforcement, or account restrictions imposed by Meta.

You will not use Assist to spam, scrape unauthorized data, mislead users, or send content that violates Meta or applicable law.

4. Plans, trials, and billing

Paid plans and trials are described on the Assist pricing page. Subscriptions may be processed by Stripe. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts. We may suspend access if invoices fail or usage exceeds plan limits (including DM caps).

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer Assist.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not use Assist to impersonate others or collect data without a lawful basis.
• Do not resell Assist except under a written partner agreement with Retrina.

6. Intellectual property

Assist, its software, branding, and documentation remain Retrina property. You keep ownership of your content and Instagram assets. You grant Retrina a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Assist is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retrina disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific sales results or uninterrupted Instagram delivery.

Retrina’s aggregate liability arising from Assist is limited to the fees you paid for Assist in the three months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

8. Term, termination, and law

You may stop using Assist and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security/legal risk. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Retrina Technologies, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
